PHILOSOPHY
Katharina Le Thierry brings along 25 years of track record in international Senior Executive roles, of which over 10 years as Managing Director and CEO. Her focus lies in business growth and transformation scenarios within the consumer goods and retail sectors.
She has worked for top notch stock exchanged blue chip companies such as Colgate Palmolive, Henkel, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) and puma, but also Uvex, a family enterprise.
Later she leveraged her line management experience in consulting and advisor roles. Since 2012 she has been active in the placement of Interim Management Resources.
Besides her role as an entrepreneur, she is currently active as Non-Executive Board Member of a S-DAX noticed company (CEWE) and an NGO (Children for a Better World). She teaches as an external lecturer at an undergraduate level and takes senior advisor roles.
She actively offers her comprehensive management expertise and her international network to her clients in the placement of matching management resources in transformational frameworks.
Le Thierry is a mother of grown up son and is based in Munich, Germany.
