Purposes of data processing by the responsible body and third parties
We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this data protection notice. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for the following purposes. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
- you have given your express consent,
- the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract with you,
- the processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation,
- the processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that you as a data subject have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data.


Contact forms on the homepage
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. If you apply via our contact form or contact us by e-mail for possible offers or advertised positions, your data will be stored in our applicant system.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is thus exclusively based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal, written message or send an e-mail to the following address widerruf@klt-management.de.
The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the time of revocation shall remain unaffected by the revocation.
The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage or the purpose for which the data was stored ceases to apply (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected by this.

Data deletion and storage period
The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies. Furthermore, data may be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted when a storage period prescribed by the above-mentioned standards expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data for the purpose of concluding or fulfilling a contract.


Data storage in the applicant pool
Only with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) will we be happy to keep your documents in our network even after the application process has been completed in order to be able to contact you with suitable project enquiries.

- Knowledge and skills
- Occupation, sector or business name

We will not pass on your data without your consent!

The legality of the data processing procedures carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data of the application will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or after 3 years. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.




Your rights
 

You have the right:

    pursuant to Art. 7 Para. 3 DSGVO to revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we may no longer continue to process the data which was based on this consent in the future;

    in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you may request information on the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right of rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or opposition, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data, if not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on the details of such data;

    in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, to demand without delay the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;

    pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO to demand the deletion of your personal data stored with us, unless processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;

    pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer require the data, but you require it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO;

    in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided us with in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another responsible party and

Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority
In the event of violations of data protection law, the person concerned has a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision. The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the status and the results of the complaint, including the possibility of a judicial remedy under Art. 78 DSGVO.

Right of objection and revocation, request for information, cancellation and correction
You have the possibility at any time to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data with effect for the future and to have your personal data deleted or amended. If the data are necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, an early deletion of the data is only possible if no contractual or legal obligations prevent a deletiom.
